Lyn Archer on US sparkling wine and Method Oregon

This evening Lyn Archer of Tête de Bulle shared her knowledge on the US sparkling wine market and more specifically Oregon sparkling wine in another Substack Live. We talked about the US sparkling wine production, including “American Champagne”, US sparkling wine consumption, viticulture, density and sustainability practices and certifications before deriving into Oregon sparkling wine and its newest appellation Method Oregon - a hommage to Champagne which could well compete with champagne in a shop near soon! It was another educative delve in the world of sparkling wine, showing that the potential champagne competition is growing and aiming for excellence.
